COVID-19 pandemic is tremendously impacting our everyday life now.
In light of the recent events surrounding COVID-19, we would like to reach out to you and letting you know that we are committed to remaining open during times of crisis and uncertainties.
However, we want to share with you some changes we are making so we can do our part to help preventing the spread of COVID-19, to further protect our customers, staff members and our community.
- We are FULLY prepared to operate online.
BC health and government authorities are encouraging businesses to migrate their operations online, minimize social interactions in order to combat COVID-19. Chances are we will get informed by government of BC to shut down store front operation (No access to public) but only be able to do shipping and curbside pickup.
We would like to let you know that we have been preparing for this stage for a long time that ordering online from us is secure, easy and efficient.
For curbside pick up, we will be able to prepare your order within 1 hour and call you when order is ready for pickup. You can call us when you are at the door and we will bring out your order immediately.
For orders to be shipped anywhere in Canada, we will be able to express ship your order within 24hrs. You will receive tracking number from Canada Post the moment package left our building.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, as well as E-Transfer. You will receive automated order confirmation with instructions on where to send the e-transfer. Once payment is cleared, we will call you to confirm and handle the rest of the process.
We are also making sure our website reflects 100% accuracy of our inventory.
We have been privileged to be able to serve you in person for the past 6 years. Now during this unprecedented time, we strongly recommend you starting to consider ordering from us online, for the safety of yourself, your family, and our community.
- We have implemented strict policies in store.
We have implemented very strict policies to protect all our customers and our staff members.
We have suspended our E-Liquid samples and hardware maintenance services; we have zoned our store front so 6 feet social distance can be maintained; for now we can only allow 2 customers into our store at any time; we disinfect after every transaction. Our staff members are required to wash their hands after every single transaction.
