Refund policy

Due to the nature of products sold by vapingbear.com and for your own safety, we would like to keep the products sold to you in a non-compromised condition.

We do not accept any return, refund, exchange of any e-liquid products purchased from vapingbear.com.

Any atomizer tanks, rebuildable tanks can be replaced only if the glass is cracked/damaged upon arrival and everything else included in the original package remain BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. Please email us at vapingbear2014@gmail.com within 24hrs and provide proof of purchase and clear pictures of damaged parts. Replacement will not be sent until the original item/package is returned to us and evaluated.

Atomizer coils require replacement depending on how often you use your e-cigarette. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore we do not warrant the performance of your coils purchased from vapingbear.com.

Mods(both regulated and unregulated) and RDAs(Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers), starter kits, certain accessories such as battery chargers, ohm meters carry limited warranty from the original manufacturer. We will assist you with contacting the manufacturer if your device is DOA (Defective on arrival) or stopped working within 72 hours of purchase. Please email us at vapingbear2014@gmail.com to initiate a request.

Before returning the product for exchange, please contact us first at vapingbear2014@gmail.com and provide as much information as possible, including your full name, proof of purchase, phone number, address and reason for return. Please do NOT ship anything back to us before the email communication being initiated.

You will be responsible for shipping cost on any products returning to us, we will cover shipping for the replacement.

We do not offer refunds, only product replacement for products that arrive damaged or with manufacturer defects. Any further warranty issues must be taken up with the original manufacturer.

Any products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modification or repair are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
