Order Processing Time
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. However, we are working very hard to get your order shipped out as soon as possible.
We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays. Your order will be processed the next following business day.
Where do we ship to
Currently, we ship across Canada only.
We offer flat shipping rate of $10 on any order under $100 CAD before tax.
We offer free shipping on any order above $100 CAD before tax.
FREE In Store Pick-up is available at check out.
Pre-Paid Credit card
We do not accept any type of pre-paid credit cards.
Shipping & Billing Information
As we are 100% complying with federal and provincial regulation, it is one of our top priorities to make sure that we are absolutely not selling to anyone who is under age of 19 years old. Please make sure your billing and shipping information match your credit card. Once the order is placed, we reserve the right to validate your age either through third-party company or by our own staff. We might cancel the order at any time if you are unable to proof your age.
While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Vaping Bear does not and can not guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated within several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local sort facility, transit location, or post office. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Vaping Bear and must be resolved by contacting the shipping carrier directly. Currently we are using Canada Post as our only shipping carrier.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Vaping Bear, and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Vaping Bear is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
In our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
Missing and Incorrect items:
If you receive your order with missing or incorrect items, please include a clear picture of your packing slip, your order number, email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive your order with damaged items, you must take picture of damaged package and items and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
